How Aisar collects, uses, and protects your data.

What we collect
- Account data: name, email, employee ID, role assignments.
- Learning data: courses you take, sessions you complete, assignments you submit, what Aisar observed about you.
- Operational data: IP address (for security and audit), browser, language preference, accessibility prefs.
How we use it
- To deliver Aisar to you and your employer (the "Customer").
- To improve Aisar's coaching and our platform's reliability.
- For security, audit, and compliance with applicable law.
Who can see what
- You see your own profile, sessions, insights, and assignments.
- Your Designer can see aggregate growth themes and competency progress — not your private session transcripts.
- Your Manager (if set) sees high-level KPIs and coaching notes you have authored about them — never your private session content.
- Your Mentor (if set) sees your shared journal entries and 360° aggregate report — not raw rater responses.
Your rights
Request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time from your settings, or by emailing privacy@qadah.ai. We respond within 30 days.
