Why Aisar.

Generic e-learning has a 5–15% completion rate. We can do better than that. We started Aisar to give every employee the kind of 1-on-1 development that, until now, was reserved for executives.

We are based in the GCC. We build for organizations that take their people seriously — even when those people aren't already in the C-suite.

Our team is small and intentionally so. Our engineers, designers, and learning scientists all build with the same product. If something is bad, we feel it first.
